My daughter has had two appointments at Franklin dental center in Tyler months in advance, and both times they was over an hour wait to find out that the teeth cleaning person was not even there! They just tapped her teeth said she had no cavities and billed the insurance. My family and I would not be going back there again.

I went in for a cleaning and Wendy did an awesome job with my cleaning. Dr. Franklin also came in to say hello and to check my teeth as well. She let me know that I didn't have any cavities. Overall I had a good experience.

I'm so happy. It is about to be a journey, but I'm ready. The first place I went refunded my money. Then the Lord sent me to Franklin Dental. Again. I made another appointment and Im so pleased with the dentist as well as her professional staff

My mom had a crown/bridge installed here 6 months ago. It fell out a few days ago, and the front desk said specifically because she missed an appointment in the past from being too sick, they refuse to see her for at least 2 weeks. This is a dental emergency. She's in pain and her tooth structure is exposed. We tried Goodland Dental, who said neither they nor anyone else would touch it because Franklin did the prep. They did note, however, that rot is setting in for that tooth. Even after calling Franklin back and letting them know this, they still refused to see her any sooner. This kind of neglect is likely to cause the loss of the tooth. Edit: I got a call back from a manager today, the week after calling them. They moved her appointment up to a week out instead of two, which is better but still abysmal given the circumstances. He was also strangely confrontational, accusing my review of being false and asking for an appointment sooner than 2 weeks, then for a manager when the front desk wasn’t helpful as being ‘threatening’. The staff here are just wildly unprofessional.

When I walked into the facility, I felt so welcomed, safe, and secure. The smell was wonderful. I could relax and feel so peaceful, and once I got back, I was so exhausted. Everything was fine. I enjoyed the staff that worked with me, and once I met Dr. Franklin, she took her time, listened, checked me out, and looked at what I was explaining, what I really wanted to do. I felt so safe in her hands right now, so I enjoyed it because I’m a new patient.
